WHAT IS YOUR INTAKE PROCEDURE?
If you wish to enrol your child in our clinic, please download and complete our intake form, and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your completed intake form, our team will be in touch with you to schedule an initial meeting at our clinic, where we can review the program with you in more detail, and give you a chance to ask any questions you have. Following the initial meeting, you will have the opportunity to officially register your child in the program.

DO YOU SUPPORT FAMILIES AT HOME?
Currently we only provide therapy in our clinic, but we offer parent coaching services to extend learning to the home environment.
WHAT DO THE EARLY INTERVENTION SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?
We offer both individual (1:1) and small group intervention programs. In many ways, our therapy sessions look a lot like play. However, the interventionists are skillfully capturing the child's interest in order to focus on specific goals and objectives that have been selected for the child.
DO YOU CONDUCT AN ASSESSMENT? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Assessments are essential to understanding the child's current skill levels and selecting appropriate goals to work on. We conduct an initial assessment using the ESDM curriculum checklist at intake, and update the assessment every 3 months at minimum. The length of the assessment varies for each child, but is usually between 1 and 3 sessions of 1-2 hours each.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD IN YOUR GROUP PROGRAM?
Certain pre-requisite skills are needed for a child to take full advantage of a group learning placement. Once we complete the initial assessment, we would recommend placement in our individual or group programming. If your child does not have all of the pre-requisite skills for our group program, then we would recommend 3-6 months of individual (1:1) therapy, and then re-assess at that time for group program readiness.
HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE IN YOUR PROGRAM AT ONCE?
Individual therapy programs are run with a 1:1 staff to student ratio; small group programs are conducted with a 2:4 staff to student ratio. We may have up to two individual and one group session or two group sessions occurring in the clinic at any one time (maximum 8 children).
HOW MUCH SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED IN YOUR PROGRAMS?
Supervision hours are provided to ensure effective teaching and monitor program progress on-going. Daily intervention sessions are conducted with Behaviour Interventionists, but there is always a senior staff person on-site (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst or Intern). Supervision hours vary depending on the program model, but most programs involve a minimum of weekly progress monitoring.
