Waiting for Assessment Workshop

Updated: Jul 13

As a result of Covid-19, families in BC are now waiting on average over 65 WEEKS for an autism assessment. To assist families as they wait, Autism BC is hosting a 3-hour workshop that covers the essential information families need to know at the start of their journey. This workshop is perfect for families looking to learn what to ask a BCBA, how to prepare for an autism assessment, pros and cons of private and public assessments, what to expect at the assessment and after a diagnosis, and tips on coping strategies.

This workshop is free.
